Artistry by Maryam offers handcrafted Indian couture and artisanal creations. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Craft & Authenticity. Each piece is individually crafted. Natural variations in weave, embroidery, colour, texture and finish are inherent to handmade work and are not defects. Images may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings and artisanal processes.
Orders & Acceptance. An order is accepted only after successful payment and written confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item cannot be produced or supplied, in which case any payment received for that cancelled order will be dealt with as required by applicable law.
Final Sale. All purchases are final. Made-to-order, customised and couture pieces are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, subject always to statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Pricing & Payment. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; Artistry by Maryam does not store card details. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order.
Shipping & Delivery. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of handcraft processes or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. International clients are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and local levies.
Intellectual Property. All designs, embroidery artwork, text, photographs and other site content are owned by or licensed to Artistry by Maryam and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction under applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
