Final Sale Policy

All purchases from Artistry by Maryam are final. Because our creations are handcrafted, made to order or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, fit, colour or style preference.

Please inspect your order promptly on receipt. If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact artistrybymaryam23@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the matter in accordance with applicable law.

Minor variations in weave, hand embroidery, stitches, motifs, colour, texture or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted and hand-finished products and are not defects.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
