Artistry by Maryam presents handcrafted Indian couture and fine artisanal creations. By accessing our website or placing an order, you enter into an agreement governed by the following terms.

Craft & Authenticity

Each creation is individually crafted using traditional techniques. Natural variations in weave, hand embroidery, colour, or finish are inherent to artisanal workmanship and are celebrated as marks of authenticity, not imperfections.

All visual representations are indicative. Subtle variations may occur due to lighting, artisanal process, or screen calibration.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to availability, quality assessment, or internal review, without obligation to disclose detailed reasons.

Couture & Bespoke Creations

Custom, made-to-measure, and couture pieces are produced exclusively for the client and are therefore final, non-cancellable, and non-returnable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in INR unless specified. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Artistry by Maryam does not store financial details.

Pricing errors, should they occur, reserve the right of correction prior to order acceptance.

Intellectual Property

All designs, embroideries, artworks, texts, and images are the exclusive intellectual property of Artistry by Maryam. Any reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction residing with courts in India.

Returns & Refund Policy

Artistry by Maryam operates on the principles of precision, trust, and craftsmanship.

Final Sale Policy

Given the handcrafted and couture nature of our creations, all sales are considered final.

Returns or refunds are entertained strictly under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Receipt of an incorrect item
• Verified manufacturing defect

Requests must be communicated within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by appropriate documentation.

Handcrafted Disclaimer

Irregularities that arise from hand processes—including variation in motifs, stitches, or natural textures—are intrinsic to artisanal work and do not constitute defects.

Refund Methodology

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
