All measurements in the Artistry Standard Size Chart are body measurements in inches, not finished garment measurements. Measure over fitted innerwear and choose the size closest to your body. Finished garment measurements include ease according to silhouette, fabric and construction. If you fall between sizes, use our sizing assistance before ordering.

Shoulder: measure straight across the back from shoulder point to shoulder point. Armhole: measure around the shoulder joint and underarm, comfortably snug without adding garment ease.
How fit is calculated: your selected size always refers to your body measurement. Artistry then adds the required ease to create the finished garment measurement. For example, a size M has a 36 in body bust; a straight kurta with 4 in ease will measure approximately 40 in at the finished bust.
Ease is the additional room added to your body measurement to create the finished garment measurement. ABM uses silhouette-specific ease so fit remains consistent across products.

Example: if your body bust is 36 in and you select size M, a straight kurta will have an approximate finished bust of 40 in. The size itself remains M = 36 in body bust.

All garments are handcrafted and hand embroidered. A variation of up to ±0.5 in may occur in handcrafted couture. Alterations depend on embroidery density and construction, and measurement changes requested after embroidery begins may not always be possible.
